Guidelines for Parents/Guardians:

1. Cooperation with School:

   • Support regularity, discipline, and the intellectual and cultural growth of children.
   • Supervise and check daily homework.
   • Review and sign school diary remarks.

2. Visits and Communication:

   • Obtain prior permission from the principal for visiting classrooms or taking children home during school hours.
   • Conduct all business through the school office.
   • Avoid taking children out of school for social functions to prevent impact on behavior and studies.
   • For early departure, apply in writing and get principal’s approval.

3. Complaints and Absences:

   • Address complaints directly to the principal/manager, not staff members.
   • Provide an explanatory note for absences upon the student's return.
   • For absences over three days, inform the principal in advance with a medical certificate for illness.

4. Infectious Diseases:

   • Do not send children with infectious diseases to school.
   • Provide a medical certificate upon their return.

5. Report Cards:

   • Sign report cards on the second Saturday/Open House day.
   • If unable to attend, submit an application to the school office beforehand.

6. Conduct and Discipline:

   • Ensure children understand and follow school rules.
   • Students may be suspended or warned for:
     • Not wearing the correct uniform.
     • Not getting remarks signed or completing the leave record.
     • Forgetting required books or school diary.
     • Arriving late repeatedly.

7. Prohibited Items:

   • Ensure children do not bring weapons, valuables, CDs, calculators, mobile phones, explosives, or jewelry to school.
   • Violations may lead to strict action or dismissal.

8. Parental Guidance:

   • Avoid over-pampering or over-protecting children.
   • Encourage participation in exposure programs to villages, old age homes, and orphanages to help children understand societal realities.

2. भेंट और संप्रेषण:

   • कक्षा में जाने या स्कूल के समय के दौरान बच्चों को घर ले जाने के लिए प्राचार्य से पूर्व अनुमति लें।
   • सभी कार्य स्कूल कार्यालय के माध्यम से करें।
   • सामाजिक समारोहों के लिए बच्चों को स्कूल से अनुपस्थित न करें ताकि उनके व्यवहार और पढ़ाई पर असर न पड़े।
   • जल्दी छुट्टी के लिए, लिखित में आवेदन करें और प्राचार्य की मंजूरी प्राप्त करें।

3. शिकायतें और अनुपस्थिति:

   • शिकायतों को सीधे प्राचार्य/प्रबंधक को संबोधित करें, स्टाफ सदस्यों के माध्यम से नहीं।
   • अनुपस्थिति के बाद बच्चे की वापसी पर स्पष्टीकरण नोट प्रदान करें।
   • तीन दिनों से अधिक की अनुपस्थिति के लिए, अग्रिम में प्राचार्य को सूचित करें और बीमारी के लिए चिकित्सा प्रमाणपत्र जमा करें।

4. संक्रामक बीमारियाँ:

   • संक्रामक बीमारियों से पीड़ित बच्चों को स्कूल न भेजें।
   • वापसी पर चिकित्सा प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान करें।

5. रिपोर्ट कार्ड:

   • दूसरे शनिवार/ओपन हाउस दिन पर रिपोर्ट कार्ड पर हस्ताक्षर करें।
   • यदि उपस्थित नहीं हो सकते, तो पहले से स्कूल कार्यालय को आवेदन जमा करें।

6. आचरण और अनुशासन:

   • सुनिश्चित करें कि बच्चे स्कूल के नियमों को समझें और उनका पालन करें।
   • निम्नलिखित कारणों से छात्रों को निलंबित या चेतावनी दी जा सकती है:
     • सही वर्दी न पहनना।
     • टिप्पणी पर हस्ताक्षर न करना या अवकाश रिकॉर्ड पूरा न करना।
     • आवश्यक पुस्तकें या स्कूल डायरी भूलना।
     • बार-बार देर से आना।

7. प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएँ:

   • सुनिश्चित करें कि बच्चे हथियार, कीमती वस्तुएं, सीडी, कैलकुलेटर, मोबाइल फोन, विस्फोटक सामग्री या आभूषण स्कूल में न लाएँ।
   • उल्लंघन पर सख्त कार्रवाई या निष्कासन हो सकता है।

8. माता-पिता का मार्गदर्शन:

   • बच्चों को अधिक लाड़-प्यार या अत्यधिक सुरक्षा न दें।
   • बच्चों को गाँव, वृद्धाश्रम, अनाथालय जैसी कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें ताकि वे समाज की वास्तविकताओं को समझ सकें।
